Hucks Mountain Notes

I have been fancying about Greenhouse for many years ago. Over the years, I discovered there were a few stunning Greenhouse among the top 5 in the world. Besides The Kew Gardens (UK),United State Botanical Garden (USA), The Adelaide Botanic Garden (Australia)...and this The Botanicka Zahidda Praha (Czech Republic) on a picturesque hillside in Troja, Prague. It was part of my itinerary last year Dolomiti adventure.
The almost 30 hectares outdoor park, zoo and greenhouse are the perfect place for your soul searching and getting in touch with nature, great escape from the hustle bustle city ( and the over crowded Malaysian tourists too ). About 15,000 tall trees and flowers with the autumn foliage, it was my intention to travel in October. Still, not all the trees were red and orange...I went a bit too early because the mountain refugio closing early at Dolomiti, Italy. I was forced to start my trip late September.
My dream was able to tour Fata Morgana Greenhouse. Discover how the exotic gems of tropical rainforests live harmoniously in the greenhouse. I took two buses went up to this hill park without a location map or app, just asking strangers old fashionably instead .To make my afford worthwhile, I walked a few rounds inside the greenhouse. I was not visit the greenhouse for some rare exotic tropical plants, I believe we have seen more in Malaysia and Thailand. Some of gardeners here even have more garang ID at home. My Platycerium is far more impressive at home. Lol!
But all I want was to be in this greenhouse, enjoy the atmosphere that could home a little rainforest and river in such a cold climaxed country! It is amazing you found even butterfly and beetles born and have their families inside. I wonder if they also house a Python too . I noticed how they creating heat to keep the green house warm with high humidity. But it is a comfortable warm and not our local outdoor temperature thou. Lol.
Compared my last visit Prague with my kids 11 years ago, all the historical buildings amazing looked the same. The difference was they were so welcome Chinese. One American was complaining the restaurant did not accept his American Express and dollars but took RMB, even at the Botanika Morgana, hung a huge welcome Chinese wording Banner. Besides the beautiful Oldtown that I never get tired to lost myself, I love Prague authentic cuisine. So huge serving and yummy! Not forget the local homemade brewery!
