After Glycolysis process one molecule of Glucose is converted into 2 molecules of Pyruvate & 2 molecules of ATP. This Pyruvate is an important ingredient for other metabolic pathways in Glucose metabolism. The Pyruvate can transform into three important components. Conversion into Ethanol known as Alcoholic Fermentation. Conversion into Lactic Acid known as Lactic Acid Fermentation. Or it can convert into Acetyl CoA which is the entry point of Citric Acid Cycle. So in this video I have discussed about the different fates of Pyruvate after Glycolysis process.
