I was asked to have a look at this ZIG X70 Caravan Battery Charger / Power Supply. I volunteer at our local repair cafe www.repaircafe.org where people bring in the local community bring in items and we try to repair them (free of charge, although they can make a small donation if they wish).
Someone brought in the ZIG X70 unit and said it was "Dead".

Let's see if we can diagnose the problem and hopefully repair it!
