FCRA Case Decision: Must notify credit bureau to sue the furnisher -- 1682s-2(b) [Eades v Wetzel]

This video discussion of a recent case is for one purpose to stress that if you want to sue a furnisher of information under the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) you MUST notify the credit bureau of your dispute.

Then the bureau Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, etc notifies the furnisher and now the furnisher has liability under Section 1681s2(b) of the FCRA.
