Ingredients
For Braised Pork
500g pork loin, cut into bitesized pieces
600g medium firm tofu
5 hardboiled eggs, peeled
2 TBSP raw sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 slices ginger
1 Shallot, chopped
2 star anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Beef Granuales (if not using broth)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped spring onion
1 TSBP Sesame Oil
2 TBSP light soy sauce
2 TBSP dark soy sauce
1 TSBP oyster sauce
1 TSBP Shaoxing wine
1 cup water or chicken broth

For Bao Bun
12 plain Bao Buns
Lettuce
Corriander Leaves
Spring Onion
ABC Sweet Sauce

Instructions
1. Marinate the pork Lorain with 2 TBSP light Soya sauce.
2. Caramelize the Raw Sugar:Heat a large, heavybottomed pot over medium heat.Add 2 tablespoons of raw sugar to the pot and let it melt slowly until it turns into a deep amber color and forms a caramelized syrup.
3. Sear the Pork:Once the sugar has caramelized, add cinnamon stick, star anise, minced garlic, and sliced ginger to the pot. Stirfry until fragrant.
4. Add Sesame oil and chopped shallot Into the pot.
5. Add the pork loin pieces to the pot and sear until browned on all sides.
6. Add Seasonings, stir in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and 1 cup of water or chicken broth to the pot. Use Chopstick to shred the pork loin in the pot.
7. Braise the Pork:Bring the liquid to a simmer,
8. Add Tofu and Eggs: add the cubed tofu and peeled hardboiled eggs to the pot. Gently stir to coat them with the sauce.
9. Reduce the heat to low.Cover the pot and let the pork simmer gently for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the pork is tender. Stir occasionally.
10. Final seasoning, add pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of beef granules (if not using broth) for added flavor. Add in Chinese Shaoxing wine.
11.Garnish with chopped spring onions if desired.
12.Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.

原料
红烧肉用:
500克猪腰肉切成一口大小的块

蚝油 1 茶匙
绍兴酒 1 茶匙
1杯水或鸡汤

包子:
12个原味包子
莴苣
香菜叶

ABC甜酱

指示
1. 将罗兰肉用2汤匙生抽腌制。
2.将原糖焦糖化用中火加热一个厚底大锅加入2汤匙原糖慢慢融化直至变成深琥珀色形成焦糖糖浆。
3. 烧肉糖焦糖化后加入肉桂棒、八角、蒜末和姜片。炒香。
4.将香油和葱末放入锅中。
5. 将猪里脊肉块放入锅中煎至各面变成棕色。
6. 加入调味料加入蚝油、老抽和1杯水或鸡汤拌匀。用筷子把锅里的猪里脊肉切丝。
7.红烧肉将液体煮沸
8.加入豆腐和鸡蛋将豆腐块和去皮的煮鸡蛋加入锅中。轻轻搅拌让它们沾上酱汁。
9. 将火调至小火盖上锅盖小火慢炖猪肉约1.5至2小时或直至猪肉变软。偶尔搅拌一下。
10.最后调味加入少许盐一茶匙牛肉粒如果不使用肉汤以增加风味。加入中国绍兴酒。
11.如果需要可以用切碎的葱装饰。
