Speaker Biography: Roy Sherwood is Professor of Clinical Biochemistry at King's College London, UK. He was until 2016 Consultant Clinical Scientist and Scientific Director of Pathology at King's College Hospital. He has a BSc in Clinical Biochemistry from Salford University, an MSC in Clinical Biochemistry from Surrey University and a DPhil from Sussex University.

This presentation will include a review of the physiology and function of the pancreas, epidemiology and prevalence of disease, current clinical guidelines along with new and existing testing options for pancreatic insufficiency.
