In today's video, we feed all of our cichlid tanks, showing what we feed our cichlids, how often we feed cichlids, and what type of foods we think are best for cichlids.

We try to feed our cichlids a variety of pellets, flakes, and frozen foods to give our fish the best diet possible, while trying not to over feed. For adult cichlids, typical recommendations would be to feed once per day, and roughly 56 times per week. Taking one day off per week can actually be beneficial to your fish.
