This video is Lesson 1, Part 1 of Feldenkrais Program for Relieving HIP PAIN begins with STABILITY for SITTING COMFORTABLY, STANDING and WALKING by Annie Thoe, Feldenkrais Practitioner. Effective and longlasting results for REHABILITATION FROM HIP SURGERY, REPLACEMENT or HIP INJURY. Also helpful for chronic sports injury (and performance!), LOW BACK PAIN, GROIN INJURY, SACRAL PAIN, and HIP JOINT SUBLUXATION. You'll need a flat chair or stool and a small rubber ball or small rock. This effective lesson is designed to IMPROVE HIP FUNCTION for BALANCE and STABILITY. This gentle lesson is done in seated position and is designed for acute and subacute conditions in addition to chronic pain.
