Legal fellow Jasmine Mattear discusses the history of felon voter disenfranchisement in Florida. Community Law Program's Amendment Four project in partnership with Stetson University College of Law assists Pinellas County residents with driver's license suspension issues, voting rights reinstatement for those with prior felony convictions, and record sealing and expungement. We address client issues with these topics during weekly clinics on Thursdays.
