1000g Glutinous rice
Tapai (please read the instruction on the package. It will tell you how to use it with sticky rice)
500ml Water (for soaking your hands)
1tsp salt
Banana leaves (Optional)
Sugar Syrup
1/2cup [120g] Sugar
1 cup [255ml] Water
