Ahead of the 2014 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, Scuderia Ferrari drivers Fernando Alonso and Kimi Räikkönen drove the Louisiana Tech student designed and built concept vehicles of the future at a Shell station near the Circuit of the Americas.

Louisiana Tech student teams presented two of their record setting concept vehicles and brief both drivers before they took to the demonstration track.
