Few people prepare chicken thighs like this. The secret is in the marinade. Few know this secret. They are so delicious that I cook them every 3 days. When I first prepared chicken thighs this way, no one believed these ingredients would work in chicken thighs. My whole family loved this chicken thigh recipe. After trying these chicken thighs once, everyone wants me to cook them again. A great chicken thigh recipe for a festive table or family dinner. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

8 chicken thighs.
Total weight 1.6kg.
Dry with paper towel.
Remove the bones as shown in the video.
Later I use these bones for soup.
Make small cuts in thick places (if any).
Cover with cling film and lightly beat the chicken thighs.
1.5 teaspoons of peppers.
1.5 teaspoons of salt.
A pinch of black pepper.
23 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Brush the chicken thighs with the prepared marinade.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic.
Lubricate the garlic with a silicone brush.
Put them on a plate.
Brush with the remaining marinade.
Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
2 apples (200250 g).
Cut into small cubes.
2 tablespoons processed cheese (100 g).
The apple filling is ready.
Spread the filling over the meat.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Place the chicken thighs on the grid.
Don't forget to place parchment paper under the rack.
Bake for 30 minutes at 190 °C (top/bottom heat) and then 10 minutes at 180 °C (top/bottom heat + convection oven).
Now let's make another sauce.
130 ml apple jam.
25 grams of butter.
Heat over low heat.
Melt the butter while stirring constantly.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce.
Mix well.
Cook over low heat until thickened, 23 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the chicken thighs and brush generously with the prepared sauce.
Bake for a further 10 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F) (top/bottom heat + convection oven).
It is incredibly delicious and beautiful!
