In this review of the Fiido T1 Pro, I take a closer look at the specification to see how it fairs. The T1 Pro is the latest version of their popular cargo/utility ebike.
The strong points of this ebike are the motor performance (particularly hill climbing), battery capacity, hydraulic disc brakes, cargocarrying potential, stepthrough frame, and nice riding position.
Overall, I liked the Fiido T1 Pro, but it does have its faults. The big one for me is the strange way the pedal assist works. I couldn't get on with it, and this electric bike would be so much better if it had a torquesensing PAS system (like on the Fiido X). Also, I found the motor to be noisier than similar hub motors.
Other issues I came across were, the seatpost doesn't go high enough for a taller rider (I'm 6 foot). The saddle is uncomfortable if you're pedalling.
Overall, the Fiido T1 Pro is a pretty good ebike for the price. But, I would only recommend buying one if you specifically needed an ebike with this cargocarrying potential.
