FELIZ NATAL!!!!! Today I bring you a very special video, all in Portuguese, with my grandfather. We made Portuguese filhós, a christmas traditional recipe that my gramps makes every year. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
300g farinha/flour
2,5 dl leite/milk
2 ovos/eggs
1 laranja/orange
1 cálice água ardente (bagaço) /bagasse
1 c.chá fermento / teaspoon baking powder
1 c.chá manteiga / teaspoon melted butter
1L oleo / oil
açúcar e canela / sugar and cinnamon
