Tagaytay is a beautiful city that sits on the top of a mountain ridge over looking the beautiful Lake Taal, an active volcano in Cavite. It's about 2 hours south of Manila and if you have a chance to make it down there definitely try out many of the restaurants with fantastic views (there's like 100 of them).
