This is the fifth and last filmstrip in a 1969 set produced by Cathedral Films entitled "Health and Social Problems".

From the study guide: "It is time for an honest and helpful presentation of these same problems to our entire church family, youth and adults. Frank and open dialogue must follow. To assist discussion leaders, each of the first four strips has a guide for presenting the physical and psychological dimensions of cause and cure. The fifth filmstrip, 'Free To Choose', is a motivational aid to raise a third dimension, the spiritual dimension, and its importance to the issues.
The presentation of the spiritual dimension is not intended to be a simplistic cureall or a 'nice but unnecessary' appendage to the discussion. In the beginning God saw all He had made and called it good. The filmstrip asks with every honest man, 'How did we go from a Creation that was very good to a world filled with disease, despair, and death?'
It is our opportunity as discussion leaders to guide young and old viewers to a new understanding of God in Christ overcoming the world, bringing life and health and peace to all who believe. Or more practically, it is our opportunity as leaders to guide viewers to the realization that Christianity, or better yet, faith in Christ, really works when applied to contemporary social problems."
