Tucked deep in the West Virginia wilderness lies a lonely peak, one that generally doesn't jump out on google searches. Being so close to our favorite local wilderness, Dolly Sods, we had seen it on maps and heard whispers of its legend, but had yet to make the pilgrimage. It requires an astonishing amount of bushwhacking, and there isn't even a view at the top. But now, finally, we can say we've stood atop David Strother's head.
