Charly failed her hearing screen and we would later find out that she was completely deaf. This video shares what the journey looked like for us finding out she was deaf and why we chose cochlear implants and american sign language ( ASL ). I share what our honest and raw emotions were during that time in hopes that this video offers support and encouragement for families that may find themselves in a similar situation.
