We return to an old patch near Inglewood where I found some big nuggets about 6 years ago. We clear and scrape a small area where we found them and tried our luck. It was also a good opportunity to try out Elizas new detector, a Minelab GPX 6000. I was using my GPX 7000, my favourite detector. We love to search for gold nuggets in Australia. Gold detecting in Australia can be very rewarding but you do need to work hard and persist.
