In this vlog I talk about what I have been eating on my one week on the Lion Diet and how much it costs. I show the total weight difference from start to finish and give my thoughts on the Lion Diet and the Carnivore Diet.

I was able to get in some workouts, a Amazon unpackaging, as well as trying to mixup some of my own electrolytes. I tried out a new Reebok windbreaker that I purchased on sale from Walmart.
