We had a lot of fun chilling out in a beautiful desert landscape of Utah's remote wilderness camping out of our 04 V6 Manual, Toyota Tundra with camper top and hard shell roof top tent.

I've been tuning our camping rig for quite some time making upgrades as needs were realized. I think the most important are the lower gears and selectable front and rear differential lockers to keep us from getting stuck somewhere. The ARE commercial camper top is a huge improvement over tops I've had in the past. The side doors open so wide that I can fit our big cooler through! It's a few inches taller than the cab allowing room to sit up in the queen sized bed which stores under its raised platform. Jess and I sleep in the truck with the kidos up top. Our two dogs Ash & Juni sleep in the cab. A full house!
