I have now had 3 proper cameras and film fireworks with each one. There are many more variables than just the camera though, so the comparison on iit's own doesn't mean that much, but it does mean something.

This one was with a Nikon Z8 and a Nikor 27120 lens at around f4 to f4.5

It was shot in N RAW and graded in Davinci using a proper conversion to Rec 709, not a LUT.

Then I ran it through Topaz Nyx filter to denoise some of the dark areas. It was already pretty decent, but with a high megapixel sensor at night you can guess there was noise. more than with the Sony A7 IV for sure.

The Topaz after 4 hours did such an excellent job that had this been a commercial job, it would have paid for itself with this one shoot.
