Hands down my favorite island, and I loved Siquijor and its laid back vibe and local culture.

We start our adventure by waking up to the serene beauty of this magical island. Our first stop is a local restaurant where we savor a delicious breakfast of tapsilog and a fluffy omelet, all while enjoying a stunning view of the turquoise ocean waters.

Next, we head to the picturesque Salagdoong Beach. Despite the rainy season, the island's charm is undeniable and the weather was nice at first. A torrential downpour cuts our day short, but the adventure is far from over.

The following morning, we visit the breathtaking Cambugahay Falls. Even though it's burstlng with visitors, the energy and joy of families around us make the experience truly special.

For lunch, we indulge in mouthwatering chicken curry and caldereta at a cozy spot in Lazi called NoyNoy's. Our next stop is the mystical Balete Tree and its unique fish spa, offering a oneofakind experience that leaves us both relaxed and amazed. I spent most of the time giggling.

We wrap up our day with a mesmerizing sunset at Siquijor Beach with a fresh coconut for Alan and a local rum and coke for me! It was the perfect time and reminds me that traveling during rainy season can be great.
