Enjoy this bus ride from Lake Calcen to Glen Falls. It's a short route with only a few depatures a day, since it covers a somewhat rural area of Boulder Cove. Boulder Cove is a Cities Skylines series that I have been working on for half a year now, and with this mod we can get a unique glimpse of what it might be like for people who live in the area. This video is inspired by similar types of videos done by Skibitth, TwoDollarsTwenty, Strictoaster and many more. If you want to see more videos like this then do let me know. Hi and welcome to my channel. This is Greenbeak and I make Cities Skylines content on Youtube. I bought the game when it came out in 2015, and as of 2019 I have roughly 1500 hours in this game. Right now I have a very storydriven series going on called Boulder Cove. Highly inspired by TwoDollarsTwentys Marble Mountain series, the Boulder Cove series is set in the pacific northwest and focuses on creating a beautiful and realistic region in Cities Skylines, with only a few mods and assets. I want to prove that you don't need 100 mods and 2000 custom assets in order to make something lifelike in this game. By using the vanilla props and buildings, you can still make your city gorgeous and realisticlooking. I'm using mostly vanilla assets, and assets from the several DLCs, like Snowfall, Parklife, After Dark, Mass Transit, Industries and Campus
In Boulder Cove we don't just work on urban landscapes, the main focal point of the series is the nature surrounding the cities. The farms and rivers, the mountains and waterfalls, the cities in Boulder Cove play second fiddle.
The story of Boulder Cove is vast and extensive, created by myself and the rest of the community. I often come with suggestions and people in the comment section write stories around different towns, people, companies and historical events. The trend of incorporating stories into Cities Skylines series was first made popular by Skibitth in the Arndorf series. Later the trend reached TwoDollarsTwentys Springwood and Marble Mountain, and TazerHeres Brunswald and Berrysville.
