On Dec.18, 2023, the Vatican Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith released a Declaration entitled “Fiducia Supplicans”, with the approval of Pope Francis. The new Declaration discusses “the possibility of blessing couples in irregular situations and samesex couples.”
