Recipe for marinated champignons:
500 gr. champignons
• 75 ml apple cider vinegar
(OR 50 ml 9% vinegar)
• 30 ml vegetable oil (can be made without oil)
• 1/4 tsp black peppercorns
• 10 g salt
• 15 g sugar
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 medium hot pepper (optional
• 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan, put on the fire, add champignons to the marinade. Once it boils, cook for 45 minutes after boiling. Turn off the heat and leave to marinate for 45 hours, or overnight.
These champignons are good as a separate snack, as well as for making salads.

Recipe "Lazy pierogi"
600 grams of cottage cheese (fat content from 59%)
3 tbsp. sugar
2 small eggs
190 grams of flour
a pinch of salt
flour for sprinkling on the table
Mix all the ingredients. The dough should be soft, slightly damp, slightly sticky to your hands. Then "lazy pierogi" will be airy and soft. Wet your hands with water so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Roll the dough on the table into a thin "sausage" 2.53 cm thick. Sprinkle the table with flour so that the dough does not stick to the table.
Cut the dough into small pieces about 2 cm. Boil in lightly salted water. As soon as the pierogi float to the surface, immediately take them out, put them in a bowl and pour butter.
These "lazy pierogi" can be served with either sweet or unsweetened sauce, such as mushroom, tomato or cream. Then you can simply add less sugar to the dough.
