I decided to buy a new stereo receiver for my car and it has an HDMI input for video. I couldn’t resist connecting my Geochron Atlas 2B to that HDMI input just to see if it would work. Indeed, it DOES work! The monitor on that car stereo obviously cannot show the full 4K resolution of the Geochron but it still looks great and is a lot of fun. Unless someone wants to correct me, I will claim to be the first person in the world to ever use a genuine Geochron in a car, showing the world map with terminator lines and the Analemma in real time!
