Hey guys! So this week (actually last week now), I free squatted for the first time since my knee meniscus injury. I haven't free squatted in a whole MONTH, since I've only done high box squats. I couldn't reach depth, and the weights were super light, but I'm glad I can at least free squat a little in a pain free zone.
