Fish Roast /Meen Varattiyath

Fish 350 g ( after cleaning )
For marinade:
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Lime juice 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Salt
For Grinding:
Garlic 6 ( big )
Ginger 1 1/2" size
Shallots 2
Green chilli 3
Pepper 2 tsp
For preparation:
Coconut oil / Oil
Sliced ginger 1 tsp
Sliced garlic 1 tsp
Onion 1 ( big size )
Curry leaves
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder 2 pinch
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Tomato 1 ( big )
Hot water 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Kudampuli ( Malabar Tamarind ) 1 piece ( small)
Lime juice 1/2 lemon ( medium size )
Salt
