The fish soup is a tasty dish made with fresh fish, a must in the culinary tradition of the Italian maritime regions. Each region and each city has its own recipe and this is ours: shrimp, cuttlefish, monkfish, gurnard and mullet become the protagonists of a great first course, to be enjoyed with nice croutons!
