The gang went out fishing and boating at Bribie Island over the long Easter weekend. We hired two BBQ boats for the day. One of them was stranded on the sand bar by mid day when the tide changed (rookie mistake). The other one was going up and down the Pumicestone Passage fishing for anything under the sun, rain and storm. We've caught a couple of flounders, a shovel nose and a jenny (female crab) which was safely released. Overall we had great fun but the rain definitely dampened the experience. The BBQ boats are really spacious, clean and comes with a toilet, tap and obviously a BBQ (check out the link below). We'll definitely come back again.
