Today I collaborated with some friends of the channel and made a video lure fishing at Woody Point just north of Brisbane. This was a great session and lots of fun! We managed to land some flathead and a big puffer fish on lures. The bream were too cunning today as they kept nipping at the lures but were not easily hooked. I think we will do some more collaborations like this and really try to fine tune the fishing to target a specific species in future videos. We only had a few hours and all things considered we were pretty happy with the catches. There were a lot of bait schools around and some Long toms, stingrays and bream were sighted.
