Hip flexors, the muscles in the front of the top of the thigh, get tight and sore from sitting, standing, running, driving, biking, and walking. They attach to the knee, hip, and spine. When they get tight they can cause pain in any of these areas.
This video shows you how to fix your tight and sore hip flexors by getting blood flow increased, loosening up the joint and muscles, and strengthening up the muscles that support the area.
