Steam Needs To Be Online To Update (How To Fix)

In this video, I will be showing you how to fix the Steam Fatal Error that says Steam needs to be online. This will stop you from being able to install the latest update for Steam which will result in you not being able to launch Steam. The error will say "Steam Fatal Error. Steam needs to be online to update. Please confirm your network connection and try again".
