TOS EXERCISE 1. Active Pec Minor stretch using eccentric contraction
The first exercise is a Thoracic Outlet Syndrome stretch for the Pec Minor—a major cause of TOS. It uses eccentric contraction.

TOS EXERCISE 2. Active Scalenes stretch
Exercise 2 loosens the scalene muscles, another major cause of TOS. This is one of the best Thoracic Outlet Syndrome rehab exercises.

TOS EXERCISE 3. Thread The Needle variation with wrist extension
For exercise 3, we stretch our arm behind us and extend the wrist slightly to slide the arms nerves along the arm. It acts as a nerve glide for TOS, but is great for posture too. Posture is a big key to improve this condition as it affects the relative position of the collar bone, 1st rib, and the muscles.

TOS EXERCISE 4. Lower half Wall Angel
The last exercise, a lower half Wall Angel, is great for posture and is a Pec Minor stretch.
