Fix Tool is not Licensed Error in ArcGIS Pro - Activating Concurrent Licences for Extensions
If you see that some functionality is not up and running on your ArcGIS Pro, like you can not access certain tools, you may need to turn on extensions. To Turn on Extensions you have to check out licenses for them from your licenses server. Once checked out you will see that they work. I hope that helps.
