Hey besties!! Sleep is one of the most important things that you can do for your body. Often times it's easy to neglect our sleep and go into a cycle of sleeping/waking up late. I for one was in that cycle for YEARS. But recently, I've made small little fixes so that now I'm able to wake up early in the morning and feel well rested.
