My 1992 Volvo 240 wagon is a trusty old steed. It's my daily driver with over 300k miles. Considering the age and mileage, it's in good shape! But one area where these cars always show their age is the interior plastics.
In this video, I replace the broken / missing front door pockets, the center console and cubby, and even one of the HT204 front speaker mounting brackets & grilles. During the process, you'll also see how to remove the door panels and front seats, as well as a look at the somewhat rare Volvo accessory armrest / cupholder combo with its own support bracket.
This was a satisfying project that made my old car feel a bit younger. Hope you enjoy! Parts were purchased from Voluparts (no affiliation).
