The vacuum cleaner wasn't working as all the LEDs in the battery and the display were off.

The charger was working as i was able to measure 30v.

I disassembled the battery, and that probably reset something as as soon as I opened a led turned red.

I put the disassembled battery in the vacuum and it turned on. I put it in the charger and it worked.

If you have a similar issue is worth to try, as you don't know if it's the charger/battery/vacuum.
