Part 2:    • Fixing Up An Old Ford, Continued.

This is a 1961 Ford Falcon, it belongs to a good friend of mine. Unfortunately, the car's turned into a bit of a basketcase project pushed to the side. It's always been a paintjob in progress deal, but my friend would putt it around in the meantime with the muffler rusted off and moreover, the exhaust manifold barely hanging onto the cylinder head. The video doesn't do it justice as to how loud and obnoxious this things was. Bodywork aside, I've always wanted to fix the exhaust. So, I asked my friend if I could borrow the car and do some repairs. The exhaust was the bulk of the video, I knew it would involve a lot of broken bolts, It took me quite a while and I didn't get to as much as I wanted to. If this video does well, I'd love to do some more work on it, maybe eventually, even a paint job.

If anyone is wondering why I didn't/did do certain things, like install a smashed muffler or left the damaged flange on the cylinder head alone, it’s because this was a "good enough for who it's for and what they're paying"($0) job, like many of my projects.
