The Hiperbipe is a real performance biplane aircraft. It has invertible fuel and oil systems, so you can fly it upside down for an extended period. I prefer to fly it the right way up, though!
This was another flight around southern Monterey Bay and then inland to Hollister, which is right at the bottom of the long valley known as 'Silicon Valley'. I flew there for a great fish and chips lunch at a restaurant called Seabrisa's at the airport.
