This week, we meet up with Naomi who is a family member on AK's side. We walked through her latest renovation project which she and her business partner secured via a pre auction bid around the end of 2023. You'll see from the before pictures in the video just how overgrown the garden at property was, there was not a working kitchen /bathroom, and the house was deemed unmortgageable. It was great to find out more about the numbers, to see this flip project start to come to life. We can't wait to come back when it's finished.

Starting my property journey was my way of futureproofing my income and creating a stable, regular source of revenue. Ultimately, my goal is to build a secure financial foundation for our future family.
