This is a FlixBus (Alvand Transportation) Van Hool TX45 highway coach bus no. 45497 running FlixBus route 2054 from Tucson, AZ to LA, CA with a stop in Phoenix, AZ. This video was taken at the origin station of 6th Street Garage Station in Tucson, AZ, that is why no passengers get off the bus. This bus has a Detroit Diesel DD13 engine. As you can see, it doesn't take long for passengers to board the bus and the bus to depart after it arrives.
