Caralyn surprised me with an overnight getaway at an Airbnb in a private airport. After making some friends we met someone who offered to give us a ride in his beautifully built Aviomania GS2 gyroplane. I was hooked. The flight was so exciting, and I can’t wait to fly in one again.

The Southerland Strip has a very unique runway. When taking off towards the East, the plane has to cross a road! I LOVE places like this.
