This full practice uses the structure of a workshop where we will slowly prepare and build stability, mobility, and strength into Eka pada Rajakapotasana (King Pigeon Pose). Please prepare yoga blocks, a strap, or blankets to help support you throughout your practice. I will be incorporating neurocentric drills that will help activate your global extensor tone making King Pigeon Pose feel strong and as stable as can be. I hope that you enjoy this practice!
