Glutinous rice flour 150 grams, short grain rice flour 75 grams, black rice flour 75 grams, icing sugar 40 grams, water 75 grams, 0:38,

The above ingredients are for making one flower cake. If we want it to be in double colors, then just replace half of the short grain rice flour with black rice flour. We can add anything we like in the cake, such as raisins, honey beans, any kind of dried fruist or nuts.
• Put the ingredients into the steaming rack. Heat the water to be boiling and then start steaming. For a cake of 8 inches, we steam it for about 30 mins. Use medium heat all along.
