Jack Brown’s Seaplane Base has been offering seaplane flight training since 1963 and has trained tens of thousands of pilots over the years. ICON is excited to introduce Jack Brown's as our newest ICON Flight Training Partner.

If you’re interested in experiencing the ICON A5 but are not quite ready to be an owner, Jack Brown’s is a great option to experience everything the ICON A5 has to offer with some of the best instructors in the seaplane community.

For our owners, Jack Brown's is also an option for transition training or other dual instruction in the A5.

There are a number of ways you can experience adventure flying in the A5 at Jack Brown's Seaplane Base in Central Florida:
• Discovery Flights: Experience the A5 on a onehour introduction flight
• Transition Training (TXL): Transition course for pilots with landplane experience
• Dual Instruction: Build seaplane time and continue to hone your step taxi, glassy water, and other water flying skills in the ICON A5
• Earn your Single Engine Seaplane (SES) Rating

In this video, ICON’s Flight Training Network Manager travels to Jack Brown's to conduct annual standardization flights, which all company and partner pilots are required to complete annually to maintain currency and standardization. The instructors demonstrate maneuvers unique to the ICON A5 and highlight how it compares favorably to other seaplanes.
