This will be the first in a series of many builds for a full Red Hood Cosplay that I have planned. Thought I would start with something a little easy and make one of Red Hood's masks, the Outlaw mask to be specific. For this build, I used: 6 mm, 4 mm, EVA foam, an LED eye kit with battery, contact cement, super glue, Plasti Dip, spray paint, rubnbuff, and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a heat gun, a Dremel with various bits, and an Xacto knife or box cutter.
