Physical assessment is the baseline of everything we do in nursing and is the first step in the nursing process. This video includes a focused respiratory assessment in a headtotoe fashion. It details the examination and hones in on inspection, palpation, percussion, and ausculatation of the patients' chest. It further includes a demonstration of chest excursion.
