Foot Drop Shoes: How to Train w/ Cadense Shoes - MS Exercise

Since sharing about the foot drop shoes from Cadense, I have been getting a lot of questions on how these shoes can be worn while exercising! Given these shoes ability to slide to prevent toe scuffing, this is an extremely valid question. So, let's break it down!

I always suggest using these in addition to exercising to gain strength in your leg muscles.

Also, consider wearing these shoes while also trying to lift your leg with proper form. Just because these shoes allow your leg to slide, doesn't mean you shouldn't put effort into lifting your leg.
